Changes in Quizzotown

Those of you who are regulars will notice a slight change in Quizzo next week.  And for the newcomers still on the fence about showing up– perhaps this will entice you.

Look for new tunes, jokering at every quiz now, and a slight retooling of my M.O. when it comes to question-writing.

Don’t worry– the shout-out giveaways arent going anywhere.

As always, this quiz is all ages.  Team limit = 8 people.  Food + beverages available for purchase (including alcohol!)

December 2011 quizzo! Plus a gift for you all

Hello out there, check this out:

1- QUIZZO at the Penn Museum tmrw from 6-8pm.  4 rounds, $90 in prizes, food + alcohol (counter service only), 8 people team limit, and did i mention it’s a MUSEUM?  go early, get lost, find your way to quizzo.

2- as a holiday gift, i’m going to post some old quizzes on the site.  now you can host your own little holiday quizzo at home when your relatives drive you crazy.

3- it may be private, but this week i’ll be hosting quizzo for a private party at a bar downtown.  this is a reminder that you too can hire Quiztine for all your trivia-related events.

More often than not, when I tell people where I host Quizzo, they say “I’ve always wanted to check that place out.” Honestly, you’re crazy if you don’t! This museum is one of the sneakiest treasures in the city. Your mind is guaranteed to be blown if you’ve never been there.

For those of you attending quizzo tmrw, it’ll serve you well to visit the Imagine Africa exhibit first.

I’ll be at the Museum early, wandering around this awesome exhibit and gaining inspiration for shout-out questions.

Who dat?  Quiztine is currently in New Orleans, battling mosquitos, double fisting iced coffee and beer, and making fun of white people.  Tonight she’ll be playing “Team Trivia” for prizes TBD and the glory of winning quizzo at the Avenue Pub while on vacation.
